Putting collaboration at the heart of Comic Relief

When Comic Relief conducted its first engagement survey with ORC International last year it quickly became clear that pride in working for Comic Relief and a collaborative culture are two of the charity’s key USPs. Meghan will be sharing some of the actions Comic Relief has taken to harness that sense of pride and the work, real life examples and learnings of the past 12 months to encourage collaboration throughout the business. She’ll also reflect on some of the more challenging aspects of the results, and will share the work Comic Relief is doing in areas more commonly a challenge in the charity sector.
